Chalet Etoile, an on-slope restaurant in Cervinia, Italy, on the opposite side of Zermatt, Switzerland, and in the shadow of the Matterhorn. Founded in 1974 and run by Swede Ulla di Frassy and her team of Swedish waitresses and servers, Chalet Etoile is an on-mountain institution of fine dining.
