Out hunting with a blowgun in Huaorani territory in the Ecuadorian Amazon. The blowgun itself is made from two halves of a hollowed-out Pambil tree. The dart is crafted from an Unguragua palm, and the poison comes from the curare vine. Ballast in the form of cotton from the white Kapok tree is added to the end to aid in flying true.
